Our Promise

We design our garments to meet the highest professional standards. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll make it right – simply and fairly.

Your statutory rights are always protected.

14 Day Change of Mind Returns

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

To request a return:

• Email us at: info@mscrubs.co.uk

• Include your order number

• Notify us within 14 days of delivery

Once you’ve notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item.

Items must be returned:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• In original condition

• With tags attached

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend tracked postage, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved:

• A full refund will be issued within 14 days

• Standard delivery out bound charges (if paid) will be refunded

Refunds are made to your original payment method.

If an item shows signs of wear beyond what is necessary to assess it, we may reduce the refund in line with UK regulations.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour?

We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

Returned items must meet the same unworn condition requirements.

Replacement items are dispatched once the original garment has been received and approved.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

• Within 30 days: you are entitled to a full refund

• After 30 days (and up to 6 months): you are entitled to repair or replacement

We will cover reasonable return postage costs for confirmed faults.

Warranty

Our Craftsmanship Guarantee

Our scrubs are designed for durability, performance and longevity.

We offer a 6-month workmanship warranty covering manufacturing defects, including:

• Faulty stitching

• Seam failure

• Fabric defects not caused by misuse

• Hardware or fastening defects

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by improper washing

• Alterations

• Accidental damage

• Commercial misuse beyond intended purpose

If you believe you garment has a manufacturing fault, please contact us with photos and your order number. We will assess promptly and offer repair, replacement or refund where appropriate.

This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights.
