At M Scrubs Ltd we understand that reliable delivery is essential. Our shipping process is designed to be efficient and secure – so your scrubs arrive exactly when you need them.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 business day(Monday – Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays).

Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the following business day.

During peak periods or promotional launches, processing times may be slightly extended. If so, we will always communicate this clearly.

Delivery Timeframe

We offer standard UK delivery within 2-4 business daysfrom dispatch.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

Please note that delivery timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched, not at the time of purchase.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. At present there is no additional cost for shipping.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched.

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.

While we strive to meet all stated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control (such as severe weather or courier disruptions). We appreciate your patience and understanding in such circumstances.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work promptly to resolve the issue.
