We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, imagery and pricing are accurate.

Minor variations in colour may occur due to screen settings.

All products are subject to availability.

Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time.

Orders

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance. A contract is formed

once your order is dispatched.

We reserve the right to cancel orders where:

● Payment is not authorised

● Items are unavailable

● Pricing errors occur

Team orders

Discounts are available for orders of 20 or more sets. To qualify, please contact

us directly at info@mscrubs.co.uk or call 020 3393 0470 to discuss your

requirements. Team orders cannot be combined with any other promotional

codes or offers. M Scrubs reserves the right to verify the nature of bulk orders

prior to applying any discount.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times are 2-4 working days within the UK, unless otherwise

stated. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

Returns

Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for:

● Death or personal injury caused by negligence

● Fraud

● Breach of statutory consumer rights

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price

of the goods.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, designs, and imagery remain the intellectual

property of M Scrubs and may not be used without permission.
